1. What is Bangtan Wife Superstore?
Bangtan Wife Superstore is an online shop specializing in personalized and ready-made products, including mugs, gift boxes, stickers, tumblers, keychains, photocards, and more. We cater to fans of various pop culture phenomena and offer high-quality, customizable items.

2. What are your business hours?
We operate Monday to Saturday from 10 AM to 7 PM (Malaysia Time). We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

3. How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly through our website by browsing our products, adding your selections to the cart, and completing the checkout process. We accept various payment methods, including Online Banking, eWallet Payment, and Offline Banking.

4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via Online Banking, eWallet (TNG and Shopeepay), and Offline Banking. Credit and Debit Card payment options will be available soon. For Manual Payment Checkout, please upload the payment receipt or send it via WhatsApp to 01118910613.

5. How do I request a custom design?
For custom design requests, please WhatsApp us at 01118910613 with your requirements. We will work with you to create a personalized product that meets your specifications.

6. How long does it take to process an order?
Ready stock items are processed within 1-2 working days, while pre-order and custom design items take 5-7 working days. Once processed, we will provide you with a tracking number to follow your order’s progress.

7. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only offer domestic shipping within Malaysia. We handle all deliveries through EasyParcel and J&T Express. Delivery is unavailable to P.O. Box and FELDA areas.

8. What is your return policy?
You have 2 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaging. We accept returns and issue refunds only for defective or damaged products. Please refer to our full Return Policy for more details.

9. Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s been placed?
Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel or modify it. Please ensure all details are correct before finalizing your purchase.

10. How can I track my order?
After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.
